Violet married Gene Lambert on February 9, 1946.

Gene worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the nuclear and petroleum industry. Gene passed away on February 1, 1991 and Violet is living in Union City, Califoruia. They had three children:

Daryl and his wife, Ann, live in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and have two children, Melissa and William. Daryl works for the Huttig Company in Tulsa

Terry and his new wife, Lane, live in Stuart, Florida.

Terry is an Inspector of Nuclear Power Plants in the United States. Terry has two children, Becky and Jesse. Becky has a daughter named Merry.

Joanne and her husband, Tom Parker, live in Fremont, Califoruia. Joanne is an Endovascular Technician for a medical research company called Guidant.

Evangeline married Donald Jackson on June 20,1953 and made their home in Minnedosa. Donald retired from Morris Industries in 1990 after 29 years of employment. Donald passed away in July of 1996. They had three chil­ dren:

Larry lives in Calgary, AB with his wife Karen and their two daughters, Katelin and Brittany. They also have a son, Dustin, who lives in Winnipeg. Larry works as a Rail Traffic Controller for CP Rail.

Darlene and her husband, Charlie McNabb, farm in the Basswood area along with their youngest son Brennan. Charlie is also employed by SH Dayton's in Shoal Lake. Their oldest son, Corey, works as a Steamfitter for Abco Industries in Brandon.

Cheryl lives in Minnedosa with her daughter, Jaycie.

She works in Shoal Lake as an Accounting Clerk for the Marquette Regional Health Authority.

BERGESON, EMIL AND HANSINA

Emil and Hansina had six children.

The oldest sister, Minnie, passed away III 1974.

Ida lived in Birch Hills, SK and passed away in 1998 at the age of 95.

Edward lived in Minnedosa, and he passed away in February 1989. His wife, Violet, was in Minnedosa Personal Care Home and passed away in November 1992.

Arthur was in St. Norbert Care Home and passed away in 1988.

Ragnar passed away in November 1996. His wife, Bertha, passed away in 1994.

I, Thora Lofgren, am the only one living. I live in Peter Abel Place and Peter Abel was a good friend of my dad. (See Lofgren, Thora)

BERGESON, ARTHUR AND IVY

Arthur was boru on April 5, 1909 on the home farm, son of Emil and Hansine Bergeson, and attended Erickson School. He helped on the home farm until he married Ivy Bertha Hetherington on August 14, 1937, at Clanwilliam. Arthur farmed his mother's farm at Erickson until he moved to Onanole in 1949 where he continued to farm.

This marriage was blessed with eight children:

Dorothy Jean was boru on May 6, 1938, attended Erickson School and finished her schooling at Onanole School. Later, she took her nurses' training and nursed in Winnipeg. She married Cecil Phillips on June 15, 1957. They had four children: Richard Earle, boru February 5, 1958; Miles R., boru January 18, 1959; Tracey Elaine, boru May 4, 1961; Nelson Wade, boru October 3, 1964, deceased March 30, 1983.

Dorothy married Bob Earley of Onanole, MB September 11, 1989. They are currently living in Onanole for the summers and in Winnipeg for the winters. They have eight grandchildren.

Gordon Arthur was boru on June 9, 1939. He also attended Erickson School and later completed his school­ ing at Onanole. Gordon also worked as a warden in the Riding Mountain National Park. He also is well known at horse shows during the summer and has won many trophies. He married Karen Rollings on November 15, 1960. Gordon retired in 1994 and is residing on their farm near Rossburu, MB. They have three children: Cindy Dawn, boru May 28, 1961; Candace Shaun, boru November 19,1962; Douglas Gordon, boru April 19, 1966. Candace married Terry Chiceluk in 1980, and they have one daughter, Tara Leigh, boru August 20, 1981. They have six grandchildren.
