Ryan is the only son of Mark and Lynne Wrnth. He was born on July 17, 1981 at Brandon General Hospital. He attended school at Erickson and graduated in June 1999. He was an avid sportsman and participated in all areas of sports including playing hockey for the Erickson­ Onanole team from the ages of 5-15. At that time, they did not have enough members to continue playing unless he wanted to play high school hockey, but that meant doing even more travelling, so he decided to give it up. They won a lot of medals while the team was playing. Ryan received a trophy for both Junior and Senior Athlete of the Year. His interests are sports, hunting, fishing, camping, backpack­ ing and partying with all his friends. He is presently III Edmonton, AB seeking employment. Later this year he hopes to attend college or a trade school.

Ashley is the second oldest daughter of Mark and Lynne Wrnth. She was born on September 5, 1983 at Brandon General Hospital. She is currently taking her Grade 11 at Erickson Collegiate. She enjoys sports, drama, camping with friends, dancing, reading, riding horses, swimming and skating. She was an active member of the Basswood Light 4-H Club for the past six years where she won many awards. Ashley has played many leading roles in her school's drama production since Grade 7. She participates in all sports and won an award for Athlete of the Year in Grade 8 and Grade 10. Ashley has been on the honour roll every year since entering the Collegiate in Grade 7. She has not yet decided what she wants to do in the future.

Tammy is the youngest daughter of Mark and Lynne Wrnth. She was born on January 26, 1985 at Brandon General Hospital. She is currently taking her Grade 9 at Erickson Collegiate. She loves and participates in all sports and has also received a trophy for Junior Athlete of the Year in Grade 8. Tammy has been on the school's honour roll since entering high school in Grade 7. Her hobbies are cooking, music, singing, dancing, baby-sitting her niece and nephew, getting together with her friends, camping, skating, swimming and sports.

Wally continued as School Principal of the Erickson Elementary School until his retirement in June 1992, completing 36 years in the teaching profession - the last 28 years in Erickson. In 1992 he was elected as trnstee to the Rolling River School Division Board, a position he holds to date. The same year he was appointed to the Town Council. In 1995 he was appointed Deputy Mayor and in 1998 was elected Mayor of Erickson, a position he holds to date. He has served on various committees with the School Division Board and with the Manitoba Association of School Trnstees. Along with serving on many various

council committees, he was appointed Vice President of the Westlake Tourism Association and the Western Economic Development Association, covering all of south­ western Manitoba. Wally is a member of the Parkland Knights of Columbus, Archbishop Sinnott Assembly, and st. Jude's Church Parish Council. In church he serves as Lecturer and Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister. He has also been actively involved in music, playing violin and guitar at many weddings and socials with his band, called 'Parkland Country'.

Frances still operates her own hairdressing shop, called Fran's Beauty Salon, and is an active member of the st. Jude's Ladies of the Altar Society. Wally and Frances have travelled extensively through most of Canada, United States and Mexico.

In 1983, Dennis married Diane Solonyczny from Winnipeg and they have three children - Erin, Tannis, and Johnathan. Since university graduation, Dennis has been employed with the Manitoba Telephone System and, later, with the Manitoba Telecom Services, in Winnipeg, as Programmer, Program Analyst, Information Centre Consultant, Senior Product Manager, New Lines of Business Manager, Director of Business Development and, presently, as Corporate Director of Engineering. Diane worked as Sales Rep. with Merchants Consolidated and is now a Customer Service Rep. with Scott National and Serca Food Services.

In 1986, Rick married Karen Bell from Portage la Prairie and they have three children - Ashley, Tyson, and Brendan. Rick is an Operations Foreman in the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Portage and Karen works as a Registered Nurse in the Portage Hospital. Rick plays drnms for two
