NO. 15 Bylaw to provide for the raising, by means of levying rates of taxation upon the real and personal property in the municipality, revenues for the following purpose: Municipal - five mills on the dollar, School District - four mills on the dollar, County - one quarter mill on the dollar, Western Judicial District - one quarter mill on the dollar, making a total of eleven and one half mills on the dollar for the current year.

NO. IS Bylaw to fix renumeration to be paid to the members of the Municipal Council of ISS5. That for each days sitting at the council board the Reeve and Councillors shall be allowed two dollars without any allowance for mileage.

NO. 19 Statute labor shall be at the rate of one dollar and a half per day.

NO. 21 Appointment of Frances Hay Senior as assessor for the year ISS5, salary to be $25.00.

NO. 59 A bylaw to provide for the raising by means of levying rates of taxation upon the taxable property in the Municipality of Clanwilliam, revenues for the following purposes:

Municipal-S mills on the dollar, County-5- 49 150 mills on the dollar, School District-S 1110 mills on the dollar, Judicial District-9/10 mills on the dollar. Making a total of 12 mills and 49 150 on the dollar for the current year.

That all taxes there levied shall be due on and from the first day of November 1901.

NO.209 Revenues for 1903-Municipal purposes $3000.00-20 mills on the dollar, Schools $65S.S0-4.6 mills on the dollar, County $323.71-2.4 mills on the dollar. Making a total of 27 mills on the dollar.

That the special rates for the several school districts shall be as follows: Hilltop $90.00-3.3 mills on the dollar, Scandinavia $100.00-4.1 mills on the dollar, Tales $70.00-3 milles on the dollar, Norland $100.00-10.6 mills on the dollar, Lund $32.00-2.2 mills on the dollar.

NO.211 Election for Council for 1904. That the polling places shall be as follows: Ward l-The house of John P. Magnell, Ward 2-Hilltop Schoolhouse, Ward 3-Scandinavia Schoolhouse, Ward 4- Tales Schoolhouse. Rent for John P. Magnell­ $4.00, Hilltop School-$4.00, Scandinavia School-$2.00 for nomination, polling-$4.00, Tales-$4.00. Returning officers shall be paid $6.00. Deputy returning officers shall be paid two dollars.

NO.213 Bylaw to borrow $1500.00 from the Union Bank of Canada bearing interest at the rate not exceeding six and one-half percent.

NO.216 That the following persons be appointed Road Commissioners and Noxious Weed Inspectors at an enumeration of two dollars per day. Ward l-North half-A. Ramgren, South half-C. NO.221 That Reeve and councillors shall receive the sum of two dollars per diem and ten cents per mile one way. Secretary Treasurer shall be paid the sum of two hundred dollars. That the Assessor shall be paid the sum of forty dollars.

NO.225 Borrowed from the Bank of Hamilton, Min­ nedosa, the sum of $3,000.00. Interest at the rate of six percent.
