Edna Anne Christine - Edna and Reg Earner continue to reside in Brandon, but spend much of their time trav­ elling and enjoying the summers at their cottage at Clear Lake. Son, Colonel Jim Selbie, is garrison commander at CFB Edmonton. Jim married Anne McIsaac of Ottawa in 1986, and they are presently living at St. Albert, AB. They have three children; daughter Elizabeth, 11, and twins, James and Olivia, 8. Daughter Jacqueline Johnson is an administrative secretary at the Highways Branch III Brandon, and she and Bryan live in Douglas, MB. Their son, Wayne, is presently attending the College of the Rockies in Cranbrook, BC, and daughter Crystal is work­ ing in Brandon and is very involved in sports.

Lawrence Wallace - Lawrence returned to his home church, Hilltop Baptist Church, in 1986, where he was the pastor until his death on May 12, 1988. He was in Melfort, SK at the time, where he was to officiate at his daughter Carol's marriage to Wayne Steppan on May 14, 1988. In the short time he served as minister at Hilltop, he wound his way into the homes and hearts of the entire commu­ nity, and the whole district was greatly saddened at his untimely death. Ruth returned to Melfort where she lives in an apartment and continues to be active in church and community affairs. Son Larry lived in Calgary and he has a daughter, Dawn. Carol lives in Osler, SK, where she works as an R.N. in Saskatoon. She and Wayne have three children: Ashley, Linden and Levi.

Roger Vernon - Roger died December 25, 1971. (See Smith, Dave and Leona; Soltys, Alan and Valerie; Larson, Maurice)

Florence Emily - See Swiscoski, Fred and Florence Gerald Kenneth - Gerry officially retired from Alberta Treasury Branches on October 31, 1998, after twenty-three years of service. He is currently working on a casual basis for the same firm - approximately four days a month. Gerry and Marilyn are enjoying their retirement and hope to do some travelling as time and money permits. They continue to reside in Edmonton, AB, where they have lived since September 1981. They have three chil­ dren: Monica, Bruce and Kari.

Monica is currently living and working in High Level, AB. She works for the Northwestern Health Services Region as their communications coordinator. She is to be married in August in Edmonton to Doug Longard, who is employed by Footner Forest Products in High Level. They plan to continue living and working in High Level.

Brnce lives in Vancouver, Be. He works as a mechan­ ical engineer for CMC Engineering and Management Limited. Brnce married Sandi Hanchernk in Edmonton on May 16, 1998. Sandi is currently enjoying the life of leisure.

Kari lives in High Level, AB, where she is a Special Education teacher in the high school in the Fort Vermilion School Division. Kari married Kevin Webb in Edmonton

on August 3, 1996. Kevin is a teacher's assistant at the high school in High Level. Kari and Kevin are expecting their first child in July.

Delmar Mervin - Del continued to work at Manitoba Hydro, most recently as a supervisor in the dam safety and surveillance section. He took an early retirement at the end of 1999. Nora also retired early from her teaching career. She taught grades 2 and 3 at Park LaSalle and lIe des Chenes in the Seine River School Division. They are now enjoying travelling and spending summers at their newly acquired cottage at Clear Lake where an added bonus is being able to spend more time with family and friends in the Erickson area. Trevor is a Captain with the Armed Forces and is a military career counsellor working in Winnipeg. Kevin and his wife Lorina are both chiro­ practors practicing in Atlanta, Georgia.
