Craig enrolled in the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Manitoba, majoring in economics. After graduation in 1963, he worked for four years with In ternational Harvester in Neepawa, Winnipeg and Dauphin. He then returned for two years to the U. of Manitoba for further studies. He is presently employed with the Dept. of Agriculture of Manitoba as the Director of Policy Development.

In 1964 he married Ruth Wesner, of Sprague, Man., whom he met through the Lutheran Student's Movement in which they were both active. Ruth is a registered nurse graduating from Grace Hospital in 1963. She is currently employed in the Emergency Ward of the new Grace Hospital. They have three children: Cheryl, born in 1965, entered the University of Manitoba in the autumn. Robert, born in 1968, and Trevor, born in 1971, are involved in the usual sports and activities that interest boys. They all look forward to their annual summer stay at Grandpa's on the farm. taught school in Dauphin. In 1969 she married Ronald Geisel of Ochre River who is also a graduate of the U. of M. with a B.Sc. in Pharmacy. With summer school courses and one year at the University of Brandon, Beth received her Degree in Education in 1971. As Ron was employed with Whitfield Drugs in Souris they made their home there for six years. They then moved to Dauphin where he worked in Stitt's Drug Store. After several years of city and town life they realized they preferred country living so they purchased a half-section of land south of Ochre River where they now reside. Ron does relief work in pharmacies in the area and Beth often does substitute teaching in the Dauphin-Ochre School Division. They have three children: Dana, born 1974, Jayne, born 1975, and Brett on Christmas Eve in 1976. They all attend school in Ochre River.

Norval - attended the Erickson Collegiate until Grade 10 when his father suggested that if he was only going to school for the football (he was selected an All-Star player in the Rolling River School Division in 1963) he might as well stay home and farm. He then joined the partnership with his father and brother Garth which became Lee Island Farms.

In 1969, Norval married Joan Buckingham, of
